Terms & Conditions

Website Terms & Conditions

HP Constructions Pty Ltd · Draft for review · 24 June 2026

DRAFT, for review by Evan Peters and HP’s legal adviser before publication on the website. These Terms govern use of the Site only. Terms of any construction project are set out in a separate written contract; nothing on the Site constitutes a construction services contract. Legal review is required before this document is relied on or published.

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at hpconstructions.com.au (the “Site”), owned and operated by HP Constructions Pty Ltd ABN 31 604 546 661 (“HP”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern use of the Site only. The terms of any construction project undertaken by HP are set out in a separate written contract between HP and the client. Nothing on the Site, nor any enquiry made through it, constitutes a contract for construction services.

2. About HP Constructions

HP Constructions Pty Ltd is a licensed building practice based in Sydney, New South Wales. HP holds NSW Builder Licence No. 282978C and is a Member of the Master Builders Association of New South Wales.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and to enquire about engaging HP for a construction project.

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaches these Terms.

Reproduce, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Reverse engineer or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site.

Scrape, automate, harvest, or extract content from the Site by any automated means.

Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code through the Site.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including photography, copy, design, layout, logos, and source code, is the property of HP Constructions Pty Ltd or licensed to HP. Photographs of architectural projects shown on the Site remain the property of HP or the photographer, with the architect’s name credited where applicable.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Architects and third parties

The Site identifies architectural studios HP has collaborated with on completed projects. Reference to an architect, consultant, or other party does not imply endorsement of these Terms by that party. Each architect retains intellectual property in their own designs and drawings.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse these third-party sites, and we accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

6. Enquiries and quotes

The Site allows you to enquire about engaging HP for a project. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A construction project is only commenced under a separate written contract between HP and the client, executed by both parties.

Any quote, estimate, or indicative timeline provided in response to an enquiry is not binding until it is incorporated into a signed contract.

7. Project information shown on the Site

Case studies of projects on the Site reflect work completed by HP. Specific details, site address, client identity, exact budget, or aspects of the brief, may be omitted or modified to preserve client confidentiality. The materials, finishes, and methods shown reflect the specific project at the time of completion, and are not indicative of any standard offer or specification HP will repeat on another project.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure information on the Site is accurate, we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HP is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, or economic loss) arising from:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Any error or omission in the content of the Site.

Any reliance placed on the Site or on any enquiry made through it.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (or other law) that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HP harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy is available on the Site.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
